BCC is shepherded by 3 "Spiritual Leaders". Our Spiritual Leaders are those men in our congregation who best match the Bible's criteria of Elders as seen in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9.These 3 men are trusted by the congregation to lead us in the direction they see God calling us in. They have proven themselves to be imitators of Jesus in their personal lives, knowledgeable in the teachings of the Bible and strong servant leaders in their own homes.
Our Spiritual Leaders meet together twice a month to pray for members, discuss the life of the church and hold each other accountable to the high calling of Jesus. They regularly ask for our feedback and invite anyone and everyone to come to them for prayer, counsel, monetary support or simply an ear to talk to.
